We have an exciting event coming up!  I would like to invite you to join us for our next public forum titled Momentous Times: Bolsa Chica and the Wider World of the Past presented by Dr. Brian Fagan.  If like me, you wonder what life was like at Bolsa Chica thousands of years ago, and how it compared to life elsewhere at that time – this is an event you won’t want to miss.

The Bolsa Chica Land Trust is honored to be able to bring world renowned archaeologist and author, Dr. Fagan back to the Huntington Beach Central Library on Tuesday, September 29^th at 7PM.  Dr. Fagan will discuss the archaeological and cultural significance of Bolsa Chica, dating back 9,000 years, and its place in global history.  Listen as he places Bolsa Chica into a global and historical context in ways you have never heard before.  Learn about Bolsa Chica’s amazing cultural landscape that is believed to be one of the oldest in North America.

The event is open and free to the public and will be in the downstairs C/D rooms.  Light refreshments will be served. Yes folks, there will be cookies.
